Richard Chadwick, MBA, CPA 

In 1990, Richard graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After a few years of working in private industry, Richard started his own company, Excel Business Services, Inc. During this time Richard worked with a number of small to medium sized business assisting them with tax planning and compliance needs. He guided a number of businesses through their critical growth stages from start-up through to profitable companies. He also specialized in health care property management for hospitals and physicians.

In 2000 Richard continued his career at CB Richard Ellis working at various levels of responsibilities in the Client Assets Accounting division and later at Grubb and Ellis as a portfolio controller overseeing their non exchanged public REIT portfolio.

In 2006 Richard started up his own CPA practice concentrating on the needs of small to medium sized business. His creativity when working with clients have proven helpful in saving taxes and meeting his clients' financial goals. Richard recently finished his Master of Business Administrationfrom Ellis College of New York Institute of Technology. Richard is a certified QuickBooks Pro advisor and has been using QuickBooks since it was introduced back in the late 1980's.

His hobbies include golf, racquet Ball, reading, biking, camping, traveling and spending time with his two daughters and wife.

Kaylene Chadwick, EA

Kaylene is the accountant and office manager. She graduated from Newbold College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service.

In 2000 she took over the management of Excel Business Services, Inc. For the next 5 years she worked with various clients preparing tax returns and financial statements as well as managing their real estate rental properties.

In 2006 Kaylene started working for Richard Chadwick CPA. Her work includes bookkeeping, write-up, taxes and anything Richard asks her to do. She is also intimately involved in the client startup process.

Her hobbies include making Crafts, Biking, Camping, Reading, Working with her Church Youth Club, Traveling and spending time with her two daughters and husband.
